wow, you people are amazing, has it ever occured to you that not everyone cooks meth. This was actually a young lady that was trying to relight a propane heater after it went out. Imagine what the family thinks when reading this. Oh wait, obviously you don't have a sense of heart and automatically jump to the conclusion that it is something illegal. Prayers go out to the family of this young girl and hopes of a full recovery.

You would have to empty a full propane tank in the house to level it. And when you smell gas, it usually means don't light a match. Where in the hell is common sense n e more. A meth lab would actually be a more suitable cause of a house exploding. Being high and playing with chemicals is never gonna have a good outcome. Being sober and not smelling 20lbs of propane lingering around your home is something that is just not that reasonable, unless the girl is autistic, and if she is autistic, then why in the hell is she playing with fire.

As a resident of Labadie, who could see the home as it burned across the valley from my residence, I can say with almost 100% certainty that a meth lab was the source of the explosion. I can appreciate your kinder intentions but lets not be naive.

im her younger sister and reading these i had to make to a comment. For all of u who dont know she had a gas heater and it went out she relit it and she caught on fire. She moved there to ride her horses ( something shes been doing since she was little) and she would never do meth, i know this because we are close. It sad that shes near death and all u care about is saying meth math ? they ruled that out? its said in all reports sooo i dont get why thats even being discussed. This is the hardest time in my life my family and hers. So please pray for her recovery. She doesnt deserve this, she was always helping me & everyone around her. She loves animals, and has always been a country girl. Again everyone pray she recovers quickly.

My prayers go out to this young woman and her family as they deal with her medical crisis, especially at this time of year. St. Louis is not an ignorant town. I see more outpouring of giving than most people realize exists in this city because of a position I hold and we would all do well to remember that regardless of the reason this happened (meth has been ruled out), it only takes a second to make the wrong move and an accident occurs. Yes, Meth is a problem in MO but that doesn't mean that everything that happens is Meth related. People need to take a better look at how fragile and mortal they really are and get right with their creator and spend less time disparging people they don't know.

Not true, knew a guy whose brother was hunting and hit a propane tank (that's another story)and blew up the house it was attached to. It happened a long time ago! It's not so suprising that the house blew up and then the rest was burned by the fire.

Dear Hannah,
I went to school with your Mom and my heart goes out to all of you. Your moms graduating class of 1984 is full of prayers for all of you right now. I cant even imagine what you all must be going through. Be strong & courageous! Let your Mom know that her prior classmates and FB friends are praying!
