If your check bounces due to a bank error they still charge you, sometimes much more than the amount of the check. Therefore if they make an error and give you money you should be able to charge them a percentage based on the amount plus interest. Compounded daily untill paid in full. Like the monopoly it is...Bank error in you favor.
