Resolution may be near in La Verne softball embezzlement case

A hearing for a local woman suspected of embezzling $55,000 from the La Verne Girls Softball Association was continued Wednesday for a possible plea, court officials said.

We were members of La Vern Softball and we remember this woman. The administrators of La Verne ASA were the worst. They took money from the parents like it was going out of style. They were overly authoritative and officious. They were rude and they treated many of the children, like dirt. I am glad to see this woman put away and I hope she rots in jail with the rest of the La Verne Softball filth. Go to Jail. Go Directly to Jail. Do your time you are a disgrace to our community. When you get out of jail, move far away. Keep your children away from our children. Your family is scum.

Our kid was in LaVerne Softball and I can tell you that it was a horrible experience. LaVerne Softball is the worst kids sports organization in the city. They were always pressuring for more money. I think that the ogranzation should be closed and its board members both past and present should be driven out of the city with torchs and pitchforks.

Leave the kids alone. Its clear that this woman should go to jail and that she is "scum" but her kids are not scum. Certainly they could be placed with a decent family in foster care. Just because this woman is an evil person does not make her children evil.

What is shocking is that people have been suffering financially these past few years and this woman was stealing their money ! I have to sit back and wonder how much money this organization had to not notice the loss of over 50 thousand dollars. How is that even possible?

You have to think that the folks running this softball leauge were among the dumbest on earth.
