Boy lottery tickets have alot less winners then 5 yrs ago!! no wonder sales bite. They should bring back that weekly "Rags to Riches show" after all people wouldn't have trouble submitting losing tickets for a spot on the show & the state could afford it. gambling is all I have left for a vice since my heart attack I quit smoking & thats expensive anyway due to tax increases.
