Caltrans workers taped drinking on the job, suspended, CBS2 reports

Caltrans workers who CBS2 reported were drinking 32-ounce beers at an Anaheim burger drive-in during their lunch break have been suspended while the state highway agency investigates, CBS says.

Caltrans construction workers are routinely required to work different ship hours to cover the contractor's needs on the construction site. The drinking workers likely came in to work the night before and finished early. The news crew was in their face as they left.
