The stress was very evident in the last council meeting and he definitely was heavily medicated or I hear he is a big drinker also like his mistress that ended with her in the hospital.

It's too bad about Argudo. My husband and I felt that Argudo would keep his promise to us, which was if we voted for him he would clean up the corruption, have more police to clean up the city of thugs and so on. That didn't happen, the citizens are seeing so much corruption with the hispanic council members that the next hispanic running may not have a chance because of the ignorance of the past hispanics that took advantage of their position.

We are sorry to see what this young man has done to his carrer. He was in a position to do good but instead he was very selfish and used our money for boone doggle trips and has not kept any of his promises.

Did they say he stole money? Where does it say he partnered with Solis? Do they even have real evidence, and isn't he still a council member? What do they mean he was heavily medicated? Was he drunk, taking diabetic medicine, on drugs, what? Someone explain please.

Yes, many have heard and it has been told to me from the horses mouth himself that John Solis was general manager of Touhy's marijuana clinics in La Puente. He tries to back date his expense reports but they have the city's stamp of when they receive them. He should not have been reimburse according to city law. Why does he need $350 hotel rooms?$75 Valet parking? Why is he so involved with the charles company and alvarez glassman attorneys of law. Yes he is cleaning up La puente by shaking down businesses, using our tax money for breakfast in bed for $63. Over $300 in taxi cab fares, using $2,900 in expense money for a conference in San Francisco. He bought two one way tickets for over $400. Well the DA is investigating, finally. The DA has good old proof how el stupido gordo vaca spent his travel money. He knows that he is being investigated so he tried to pay back a certain amount of the funds allocated to his travel but it is still a crime how he abused the funds. He shouldn't try and blame anyone for errors when he himself was very comfortable spending the funds.
Some of the proof is that when he travels on his own time he has not billed any type of room service has he has done with city funds.
What the heck is he doing at topless venues? Were city funds involved? The citizens of La Puente will have their answer.
