What does a Code Enforcement officer get paid and what for in La Puente ?

La Puente is a filthy place. It's a joke. You people vote for idiots to run your city. I'm sorry to be so HONEST but the majority of the city are"Mexican American or Mexians", and the council are the same. Yet they care nothing for their people. I drive through that city 5 days a week and I swear that I'm in a border town. Why are you guys backwards. I come in from Arcadia and it's so depressing to see a city in California so underdeveloped.
