I have been appalled by some of the letters to the editor concerning the deaths of local teens. One went so far as to blame the parents of the teens for their deaths. I don't believe it takes the sensitivities of a saint to realize the agony that those parents must be experiencing. To judge in this manner adds to their pain.

You're right, it does. But, we all have to live with the choices we make or don't make and live with the things we say, or don't say. Sometimes, to believe something and say nothing is as bad as saying too much and it's always easier to tell someone else what to do, when you don't have a clue what to do for yourself.

Because it is being covered up by CYFD. They are conducting an on-going investigation because the mother, who has been falsifying info about the father. Worse than that, justice has been obviously blinded by this selfish young lady that refused to properly care for her child. Once CYFD got wind of it, she changed her tune and got all her family to back her up. A grave error due to the father's family trusting government to do their job. Very sad situation. Child is still being mistreated under guardianship of mother and her family.

[Update on baby Micah, she was found after mother was hiding her, bruised, malnurished, sick. I saw the pictures!!!!!! CYFD Does Not Want To See The Pictures. I asked What Happened?? It is my understanding that the social worker and mother may have a friend in common. Everything is under investigation, so I am told. In the meantime, I wonder if CYFD has had the decency to check the child for brain damage and spinal injuries after being with the mother those several weeks. It's New Mexico what do you expect. Get a darn good defense lawyer.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
