She's dead wrong and guilty. Maybe the alcohol is blurring her memory.

She needs to be charged with vihecular homicide and DWI. Not these rediculous reduced charges. She is a cold blooded killer. Left a man to die in the middle of nowhere.

Oh, no! It's a booboo to move the body and then pretend you didn't know what happened. Major booboo.

She was probably tanked when it happened.
And a typical ignorant person makes a stupid comment such as this. I don't know what kind of Native Americans you've come across but plenty of us DO take responsibility for our actions.

A tribal official that is trying to shift the blame for her actions onto something else. I hope the legal system sees through this and puts her oinker backsides on the burner. Just because she's an indian is not good enough reason to get away with murder.

Shameful...that's what I think of Linda Diaz and her actions. Just when I think it can't get worse it does. My condolences go out to the Espinosa family. I wonder how long it's going to take the "governor" of Pojoaque Pueblo to get off his ass and do something about getting Linda Diaz out of there. He would certainly do it if it was any other tribal member. She still goes to work every day, gets a hefty paycheck, and all is good with her world. Linda Diaz, all by herslf, has brought more shame to the pueblo than all the tribal members put together!!! And George Rivera just sits there creating a freaking magazine for the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino like it's just another day at the office.

I don’t have to explain to you WHEN but I did for sure. I also tried to lie because I was scared. I went to jail .I decided to tell the truth. What the heck, I only lied so I wouldn’t HAVE to go to jail. So once I was in there the truth came out and I felt so much better.. and I dealt with it. NO! I didn’t kill any one. Besides jail did me some good. I’ve kept myself clean and I’m doing well for myself and my family. I’m glad to say the truth set me free. Not free from jail but from the past.

From one Native to another. She is not free. Linda might not be in jail but she is living as a prisoner in her own mind. She doesn’t go a day without thinking about what the outcome of this might end up being. And I think its take up a lot of space in her mind. This is something I wouldn’t want to live with the rest of my life. I can’t even imagine. It was a heartless thing for her to do, but it’s been 6 months and that’s a lot of time to think of what she has done.

At least she's free to think about her actions! Whether she thinks about her crime or not, that's probably in the context of trying to con her way out of staying out of prison. The majority of us aren't given that apportunity. Bottom line, she stopped and got out to check Philip's body. The coroner had indicated that he could have survived the initial impact from Linda's car. Maybe she discovered that he was dying, and let him die (horrible thought)to cover her sorry crime. My only sympathy is for the Espinosa family. They are the one's suffering....

What was she thinking after her car collided with this Pedestrian? She moved the body and checked his vital signs. When she came to the conclusion that there were no V.S, She quickly jumped back into her automobile and drove home to sleep off the drunk.....disgusting.....
