I've lived in El Cajon all my life and to this day I still don't understand.

Ain't Cholo Vista anymore! Chula Vista has really cleaned up a lot. The only ghetto part of CV now is the Otay neighborhood. VCV has almost died off. That gang has been a thorn in the side of Chula Vista since the 50's-but it looks like they are on the ropes now. The only real gang left in CV now is Otay 13. WSLocos is almost dead, South Bay 13 has died off, South Side Criminals has died off, SE Lokos is long gone in CV now, Brandywine 13 is too too small to even be put on the map!
