State sinking in sea of red

Full story: San Bernardino County Sun

I think the legislators, the governator, and all their hangerons should lose their perdiem, cars, offices, and wages, and payments to their pensions, until they get the budget done and signed.See how they like paying taxes ,taxis, and food with their own cash, or try to use an IOU to go to the store or worse yet the hospital. The executive and legislative branches are useless at compromise, not GOP,DEM.,or IND. need ever apply again for my vote. Everyone of them want some pork barrel, or lack of, to even try to look for a settlement. Then the governor says he won 't sign it anyway. so much for compromise.
