A fight in Denny's!

In the year 2000 while I was infiltrating the Scotch Moss Posse, late one night Richard Dix, Jason Dix, myself and my cousin Timmy Husband went to Denny's to get something to eat.

As we walked in I saw Dean Embrey, his brother Robert Embrey and the La Porte City Marshal sitting at a booth along the front window.

I was investigating Dean Embrey and his connections in 1999 when I was asked at the last minute on a Friday afternoon to take a load of Marijuana with Dean in my car to Tennessee. His connections liked the way my car looked, it was a Crown Victoria Police Model that I had bought at an auction. They figured we could safely transport the weed in a car that looked exactly like an unmarked police car.

I did not have time to call my FBI handler and notify them that I was going to be carrying a test load to Tennessee and we left right away. I knew if I carried this load for them that they would trust me implicitly and I would have the chance to take down the entire operation.

So I took the chance.

We made it all the way to Tennessee before we were pulled over.

The police officer asked me for permission to search my vehicle and I denied his request... so he called for a dog.

The dog got there pretty quickly and his handler set about going around the car... they started at the trunk and because Dean had left his door open they sent the dog through the car. They found nothing inside so they continued going around the car and made their way back to the trunk. The dog sniffed again and did not signal a hit so the handler decided we did not have anything.

The police officer that pulled us over got very frustrated and took the dog back over to the trunk and patted the trunk with his hand... the dog sniffed the trunk again and put his paw on the bumper and he said that was enough for probable cause to check the trunk.

As soon as he opened it he found what he was looking for... a large black duffel bag with 80 pounds of weed.

We were immediately placed in cuffs and they drove us and my car to another area where they continued the search.

The DEA was called and they took us into their custody and took us to their office to question us.

I told them my story about me investigating Dean and his connections to the Mexican Mafia and that I was working with the FBI.

They verified my story by contacting my handler.

Then they asked me if I'd like to help them catch whoever we were supposed to be delivering the drugs to... but I did not know... I was not trusted enough to be told that information but I knew Dean had the phone number of the guy we were carrying the load for on him written on a piece of paper in case we had problems along the way.

They searched Dean a little better than they had the first time and found the paper.

Then they took me to what looked like a large closet with a telephone inside it and had me call the connection.

I made up a story about Dean and said he had been drinking the whole way and popping pills and that he was passed out in my car and my transmission had gone out and that I had made it to a motel parking lot.

I asked him to have the people we were going to be delivering the weed to... to come to me and pick it up.

The guy told me to go get a motel room and call him back.

A team of DEA agents and myself went and got a room and set up their recording equipment and I made my call.

I retold the story I had made up and added more detail and said Dean was still passed out in my car and had pissed all over it and acted angry. This would not have been out of character for Dean to do something like that... so he believed me but wanted to talk to Dean. I told him he was passed out and would not come around at all.

He said for me to have Dean call him back when he woke up and for me to get some sleep that they would take care of everything the next day and have my car repaired and cleaned.

So that ended that... because Dean was NOT going to call them back... he was back in an isolation tank at the DEA holding facility.

They thanked me for at least trying, dropped me off at the bus station in Nashville and told me I could return and claim my car after they finished with Dean.

Dean was on parole for transporting marijuana across state lines so they kept him for prosecution.

He was able to eventually able to get to a phone in jail and call Houston and tell them that I had been working with the Feds all along.

I could not return home to La Porte... so I moved to Austin where I began my infiltration of the National Alliance where I stopped the bombing of Federal building.

I returned home at the end of 1999 and began my infiltration of the Scotch Moss Posse.

So... now I find myself in Denny's passing the table where Dean, Robert and the City Marshal sat.

I smiled as we walked past them and tipped my head to them as if to say hi.

We sat in the roundish table at the far corner of Denny's and ordered.

Our food came and we began eating... somehow Robert, Dean's brother managed to slip right up on me without me seeing him coming and stuck his hand underneath the table as if he had a knife.

He said, "I'm going to kick your ass!".

Immediately and without hesitation Richard Dix climbed over the table and began beating the hell out of Robert.

They ended up outside in front of Denny's, Richard split his face open above Robert's nose and blood was everywhere.

The police arrived... there were a ton of squad cars including one from Morgans Point.

An officer took me aside and asked me what had happened... I told him the story about me investigating Dean and him going to jail.

They knew I was working with them infiltrating the SMP at the time so they released us all... no one went to jail.

Richard Dix said a few years ago, "That's when I first knew you were working with law enforcement, they don't just let people go that are involved in huge fights in Denny's like that!"

How I met Dean.

Dean Embrey lived directly across the street from my grandmother on North Nugent.

The first day I met him we smoked weed together and went for a ride in his car.

He took me and introduced me to a few members of the Mexican Mafia.

They asked me to help them commit a crime and I refused.

They did not seem happy that I turned them down so I asked Dean to take me home.

The entire experience freaked me out... and I went back home and told my father that Satan himself lived directly across the street.

I spent at least two years making Dean my best friend... so that I would be trusted enough to meet his Mexican Mafia connections again... and kept my FBI handler advised of my progress.

LOL

Whatever.

I included enough details that anyone who was interested enough could investigate the story themselves.

Especially if they know the Embrey brothers.

I saw Dean a few weeks ago at the corner store on Broadway and Main street.

Did you even look at the receipt from the State of Tennessee?

Why is it that I was never convicted of that... nor do I have an arrest on my record for that event?

Ponder that.

True. You don't get paid for snitching, you get let go. Rewards from Crime-Stoppers is something completely different.

You guys are absolutely clueless.

I have presented PLENTY of evidence to convince even a jury OVER and OVER again.

There is a MOUNTAIN of facts that can be verified... all one has to do is look.

The key word here is "handler"

If your life has been so great just write a book and keep your "STORIES" off TOPIX

I do believe the name of this Topix is "La Porte Forum", NOT Heavy Fed Forum.

Ah... but THIS is almost entirely MY creation.

Topix.com would not be what it is in La Porte today... without me.
