The agreement, which demands a five-year commitment from participating retailers to conduct independent safety inspections of factories and pay up to $500,000 per year toward safety improvements, has seen greater support abroad than in the U.S.
Walmart, Target, Macy's, Sears, JC Penny, Kohl's, North Face, Gap, Cato, OshKosh, Nordstrom, American Eagle Outfitters, Foot Locker and The Children's Place have all refused to sign.
Calvin Klein and Ambercrombie & Fitch have signed.

Sounds like another hidden tax that will be passed right back to the consumers.
Hey, I've got an idea... bring those jobs back to the US where they belong.
We might pay twice as much... but that money will be kept at home... and that would be a few less containers piled up at the Port!!
