Ted Cruz was born in Canada, he is ineligible just like Obama.

Either you follow the Constitution, Elaine... or you do not.

Just because the Democrats got away with it does not mean the Republicans get a free pass.

Let's follow the law of the land.

What’s a “natural born citizen”? The Constitution doesn’t say, but the Framers’ understanding, combined with statutes enacted by the First Congress, indicate that the phrase means both birth abroad to American parents — in a manner regulated by federal law — and birth within the nation’s territory regardless of parental citizenship. The Supreme Court has confirmed that definition on multiple occasions in various contexts.

There’s no ideological debate here: Harvard law professor Laurence Tribe and former solicitor general Ted Olson — who were on opposite sides in Bush v. Gore among other cases — co-authored a memorandum in March 2008 detailing the above legal explanation in the context of John McCain’s eligibility. Recall that McCain — lately one of Cruz’s chief antagonists — was born to U.S. citizen parents serving on a military base in the Panama Canal Zone.

In other words, anyone who is a citizen at birth — as opposed to someone who becomes a citizen later (“naturalizes”) or who isn’t a citizen at all — can be president.

Yeah... like I said... the Dems got away... now you think you guys get to twist the words around to suit your needs.

I am not for any one person... I am not for any one party... I am for us all... united as the one we truly are.

We are all one being, Elaine... tricked into perceiving ourself as individuals.

Everything the government does is to separate us from one another to keep us from realizing that.

From a very early age we are forcibly separated from our families and indoctrinated in government controlled facilities.

In these facilities... they do not allow God... and everything they teach you there drives you further from him.

You need to open up your heart and mind... and see that I am right.

Glad to see that Tea Party Elaine concedes that Obama is a legitimate citizen.

For some people, who are really slow, it takes time for them to have that Oh Wow moment.

Obama was born in America and there has not been one legitimate piece of evidence presented to prove otherwise. Ted Cruz has admitted to having been born in Canada. The founding fathers never intended for anyone born on foreign soil to become president and for good reason. They did not want anyone whose loyalty could be questioned because of where they were born and under what KING.

Ted Cruz holds DUAL CITIZENSHIP! He is a Canadian citizen. He is the son of a communist; his father fought for Fidiel Castro during the communist take over of Cuba. Those are both FACTS, and that is more than enough reason for me to reject him from any public office in this country. Ted Cruz? HELL NO!

The reason I could never vote for Arnold (Terminator)Swartzeneger is you never heard anything about his parents opposing Hitler. With them being Austrian and not opposing him, is a huge red flag.

Arnold was foreign born and there is no comparison between Karl Marx and Hitler. You don't know as much as you think you do about Karl Marx or you would never have made the comparison.
The discussion was about foreign born politicians like Arnold and Ted Cruz ,and not about people born on American soil like Obama.

ALL the evidence saying Obama was born in Kenya has been proven to be fake or forged, even FOX NEWS says Obama was born in America. This issue was settled a years ago.

Cruz isn't even among the top five Republicans in the polls. He is just the Canadian Citizen son of the Castro Cuban communist. As to where Obama was born?????????? At least we're about to be rid of his term in office. So far we have survived almost six years of his ignorance, hopefully we can hold out for a couple more.
