Doctor Allegedly Wields Tire Iron In Calif. Gas Line

A California doctor was arrested Monday on suspicion of threatening another motorist with a tire iron after the man cut in line at a gas station.

I side with the doctor. Wait your turn!!! He should have had the other guy arrested for assault as well.

What a loser. Cut in line then call police when the person you cut off gets pissed. Hes lucky it wasn't me. I would have confronted him as well, its the only way people learn what an idiot they are. And as soon as he would have grabbed my shirt, that would have been the end.
He would then have HAD to move his car to drive himself to the ER.

Sadly it is so typical in our society where the ignorant A--holes get away with crap while the rest of us do our best to be polite law abiding citizens. The doctor should not have apologized- he was standing up for himself and what was right. I hope the f------ loser gets his some day.

What's ironic about this is that Doctors take the hippocratic oath to save lives, not cause injury. Guess he was on a tight fuse that day...gets to everyone eventually. Gas prices and our falling (failing) economy is sure to bring out the worst in people, the longer it lasts.

Some of these people at gas stations are real jackasses. Sounds like the guy there needed to be taught a lesson. I would have kicked his ass the moment he got out of his car. At minimum, I would have physically impeded him from actually pumping any gas. It sounds like the cops arrested the wrong person. Way to go police!

I had a situation like this happen to me, i was waiting in line for a pump for about 20 mins then the guy in front of me asked me to reverse so he could move, I did and this guy comes flying into the gas station and tries to take my spot, I sped up and he almost reversed right into me, then had the nerve to curse at me and say other people are waiting. What an a-hole he was, I don't blame the Doctor in the least bit. People are rude and need to be put in their place!!!!

I remember back in the '70's when you could only get gas on certain days (based on your license plate #)...some guy had been in line for 1/2 an hour, turned off his engine, and when the line moved, before he could move forward, some lady in a Cadillac sped in front of him. He got out, pounded on her window, she locked all her doors and ignored him. He looked at her, then walked back to his car, took off his LOCKING gas cap, went to her car, switched caps, and then turned and drove away. AWESOME!

people suck its the battle of ignorance .you dont want to be rude or violent but you dont want to be the victim of scum intimidation next time go hit the emergency shut off button and shut the whole station down i hope cutter boy gets his ass kicked the next time he does that cause he WILL do it again
