To "lil Johnny's Dad" You must of got burned bad. Sorry you are so scorned. From a parent that never had to kiss ass to Brooks. My kid just has the talent. Its not just mommy saying this its the papers and coaches and colleges, that are recognizing him. Sorry life did not grant you or your child with sport talent or lifes pleasures.

Thank you LM Parent, was just trying to deflect from all the negative posted on the football forum...and "WTF" tired to burst my bubble. I for one am very excited about baseball season...I believe the boys are fired up and want to get us back on track for suburban league...

You are lying..unless your kid is the sophmore shortstop. LM has way less talent than last year and all those players are at Cerritos or Cypress. We all know when "mommy" says she has a child at LM thats the greatest, it means...he made all-stars as a little leaguer because mommy kept score and brought great snacks for after the games and maybe had a few good games against Norwalk and Glenn as a freshman. YAWN!!!

"WTF" Why are you so bitter? Granted the shortstop is GREAT!!! There is plenty of talent on the team this year!! So instead of flapping your jaw and airing your bitter feelings get on with life and leave your bitter past behind you. The La Mirada team you saw last year is NOT the SAME team as this year... I believe our seniors GRADUATED which causes a new group of kids playing ball with SOME of last years players. From what I understand and have heard, this is going to be a great year for baseball at La Mirada.
