Im suprised Chad Compton has time to go fishing. He is supose to be picking up trash on the side of the freeway since he just pled GUILTY to Downey Court for Sex with a minor. Shame on you Chad!

Hmm, that's a pretty substantial allegation to be making. I hope you have some proof to back that up.

It's True and he should be sitting in jail right now! But he got off easy with a FELONY Guilty Plea. Since you want some proof, you are DEPUTY Dave and Im sure you can look it up fairly easy yourself.

Yes, I did try to look him up and couldn't find his name in the L.A. County system. So, once again, do you have any proof or do you hold a personal vendetta against this individual?

I think the idea is that he can be looked up through any counties system (LA, OC, Etc.. Should not be hard with that booking number.

No one has ever provided a booking number. I'm not sure what you're talking about. I've already tried to look him up in the LA County system - where the original poster CLAIMED he had pled guilty and found NOTHING.

Doesn't seem to be coming up for me. I can't find anything L.A. or O.C. and there are only 10 convicted sex offenders in the state with the last name Compton and none of them are this guy.

There is a record of a Chad Micahel Compton out of Ventura that got popped for PC242 - which is battery. Case number 2006000665 which means it's a 2006 case.

Pleading GUILTY means you are GUILTY - whether you admit your guilt or are convicted by jury - you are still GUILTY! If you are GUILTY of having sex with a minor then you are most definitely a SEXUAL OFFENDER and therefore would have to register yourself as such with local law enforecement any time you move for the rest of your life.

Just because he pled guilty does not mean he is already a registered sex offender. I suggested this as a possibility to explain why people weren't able to find information on him.

I don't know why you're trying to jump down MY throat! I've been trying to find out more information about this guy and am trying to determine if these charges are real. Before people make allegations as strong as these, one should maybe determine the allegations are true, right?

If this guy did what he's been accused of doing by the initial poster on this thread, then I want to know about it. But if this guy didn't do anything and the original poster has a personal vendetta against him then this should be immediately dropped and I want no part of it. And for this I'm called arrogant and hot-headed. Sheesh.

He was accused of unlawful sex with a minor and another party claimed he got off easy with felony guilty plea. All of the information provided indicates this is a registerable offense. THAT was the point I was trying to make. There's no need to try to attack me.

All I'm trying to do is get to the bottom of this - to learn the facts surrounding his purported guilty plea. The only thing I found on this guy was as battery charge from 2006 out of Ventura County.
