Feds seize weapons, ammo from La Mesa man

David F. Morgan, 55, was arrested late Thursday after agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms served a search warrant at his Avon Drive home, officials said.

It is not illegal to have 200,000 rounds of ammunition. Nor is it illegal to buy ammunition from another state. The comment about Mexico is useless and only for shock value. It is not illegal to own 48 firearms. The only possible crimes here are fraudulent ID and possibly having firearms that are legal in Arizona but not in California.
