Molca Salsa?

I LOVE Molca Salsa (on Beach) but the customer service is the worst. Anyone else experience that same problem? I wonder if it's worth reporting to management. Too bad. Drive through lady is so rude.

Service is SO slow.....but great food.

I will never eat there again,she was making guacamole with her bare hands when I pulled up to the window,she wiped off her hands,took my money,an than went back to mashing the guacamole with her bare hands again! I asked for my money back an she asked why? need I say more? An this is the store on Beach Blvd, not the one on Imperial an Harbor.

That is disgusting! Doesn't surprise me though, a restaurant that doesn't care about the basics - like good customer service is probably not going to be too concerned with cleanliness either. Go to the Harbor/Imperial location.

Sounds great (not). They do have good food but women who work there act like they are doing us a favor by taking our order. This is the Beach location I am talking about. Do not the others.

Hey everyone I live in a different city than La Habra but at our Molca Salsa, they are so rude too. It's a guy though. He's such a jerk. The thing that drives me crazy is I know he's rude but I keep coming back because I love the food. Oh and Iv'e tried to complain, didn't work he's still the same.
