Scottsbluff man accused of indecent exposure

A Scottsbluff man accused of exposing himself to juvenile girls three times during the last month has been arrested and charged with three counts of public indecency.

On all of these threads, there is a theme. We are asked by Alice to "do something about drug-related crimes...do something about the meth problem" that she is attributing to OUR local community. She tells us to "talk to the SPD" and "talk to the Scottsbluff Prosecutors" but when Alice has been asked to name one SPD person or one Scottsbluff Prosecutor by name, she says "Nope." That's because Alice doesn't KNOW anything about our community or the folks that live here. She has no factual basis to support her comments. Alice is just blathering and taking up space on our local community news threads. That is very unfortunate.

Alice, our community is full of very caring, active, involved citizens.
We love our community and we take great pride in our community. If you ask the citizens of our community, you'll see we all have much to be proud about.

Because I have had a wonderful opportunity to work in close conjunction with: The SPD, the Scottsbluff Prosecutors, our local judges, our probation office, the WING task force...just to name a few...I can back my comments up. And I know we have an outstanding community here, full of caring, hardworking people who work tirelessly to ensure the continued safety and well-being of our citizens.

I might suggest that you think sincerely about your comments before posting here. Namely, do you have something POSITIVE to say about our community? And I say that sincerely, Alice.
You might consider comments that are focused on building our great community up...rather than insulting the fine people who live here.

Relax Jack, Quit acting all high and mighty like your someone real important just because you say you worked in close conjunction with some of the people around town. BIG DEAL!!the judges and prosecutors are crooked as can be.

LIPPS, are you suggesting "the entire system" is corrupt? Or are you just saying that "judges and prosecutors are crooked as can be" as a general statement? If that's just a blanket statement from you, I would disagree with you. I lean towards giving the judicial system as a whole the respect it deserves. I try to not be idealistic, necessarily...because I know there can be "bad apples" in any system...and that is unfortunate.
Folks can appeal a judge's decision. And lawyers can be placed under a microscope and made to answer for how they tried a case. These measures of legal weights and balances in our judicial system afford us protections under the law.
