This is why people are fed up with the police...was this really necessary to arrest her at this very moment?

She got what she deserved. Perfect timing and justice for the boys in blue

Screw her...she broke the law, and they arrested her the next time they saw her..why should the dumbazz get a break? |

NO BAIL? If it was a cops wedding they would have convinced the complaint maker to drop charges or they would not have charged her. THE BLUE WALL.

yes it was. She broke the law, and was so defiant of the law, defiant that SHE could do what she wanted and to heck with everyone else, she schedules her wedding in the courtroom. stupid people, there should be a law against stupidity. |

It is pretty funny. I have to agree though she did get what she deserved. The cops were only doing their job. I guess she should have thought before she threatened that juror. The embarrasment alone was probably enough punishment. lol.

Who said anything about no bail ? She committed an offense and was arrested, end of story.

shes an idiot and anyone who thinks the police overreacted should move to canada-------if that was your mom or sister she threatened while doing their civic duty you would be having a parade for the cops.think before you speak REAL WORLD FROM LOCKPORT..........and use your name you coward..

they could have waited till she was married. they released this story to the press hope they tells us if she wins or loses in court. REMEMBER THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. and sometimes more.

Well if the facts in this story for Dianne Carnes are correct, she should be in jail.
1. Has a drunk driving conviction - which by the way is a very serious, reckless act. 2. Then continues to drive on a Suspended License - total disregard for the law and the community. 3. Had an arrest warrant issued for her because she was not responsible enough to show up for court. Again, a level of contemptuous disrespect for the law. 4. Then allegedly threatens a juror causing even more work for the court system and taxpayers, even more likely she will get jail time now. The fact she was arrested on her wedding day, maybe it was before she got married, so the guy can have at least 48 hours to think things over. Anyone who has so many disregards for authority, may not stay married very long. If the divorce rate is really 50%, I don’t believe she will last 3 yrs married, maybe at least a 70% chance she’ll get a divorce. The future husband was given a wake up call, he should thank the police.( Could you imagine if they gave her a break, she gets drunk, then hurts someone?) |

Correction : Scratch my # 3, she had the warrant issued because of the Threat she made to the juror the day before, she was in court that Monday.

The following line from Forrst Gump fits here so well. Mama always says, "Stupid is as a Stupid does."

lol you are sooo right. Don't show up at the court building unless you are squeeky clean! lol on the other hand, when I got married in Cheektowaga Town Court, the judge that married me and my hubby was the same one who I got when I got a speeding ticket just the year before.(he didn't even remember me). lol, well, I paid my fine and learned my lesson, so I didn't get arrested on my wedding day. |

You are kidding me right Tank ? |
|||
lol!!! and she was stupid.. |
||||

What do you mean I am kidding you? It was perfect timing. She was wrong and she is the problem. She was dumb enough to go to the court house after she threatens someone over her case. Now if you were sitting there and asked to over see a jury and the trash threaded you or your family would you want the police to arrest them or say it is ok we will let you go and take care of your business? I think you would be screaming at the police to do something. Please help me why are you not doing your job? That is what you would be saying if you were the one threatened

The poor soul.....what have we come to when society DEFENDS a person who blatantly breaks the law? Just because it was her wedding day made no difference. She and she alone made all the desions along the way, there was no mention of a gun up to her head so she acted willfully and freely. She just gave up her freedom for being so arrogant and full of herself. She must be cut from the same cloth as Spitzer, above the law and everyone else.

She got exactly what she deserved. Why blame the police, she commited the crime.

Agreed!!! |
