I would like to be in contact with all of the other brides that booked with Queens Bridal and Photography in Queens. I got married on March 30, 2007. I kept trying to contact the photographer and I had trouble reaching them. They had three locations. I was working with the office in Lindenhurst. The office closed down after the wedding so we were then working with the office in Mineola. My sister booked the photographer also. She is getting married on November 11, 2007. She recieved a call on 10/16/2007 that they filed for Chapter 7 and they cannot be reached. I would like to have my video and album from my wedding. I waited my whole life for this. No one has even contacted me about the company going out of business. What am I supposed to do. Am I out of luck with me album and video and do I lose my $5300.00? Help me Please?

My daughter, who is African-American, is a freshman at Eastern Carolina University. There is an 18+ nightclub that all the kids go to that is discriminating against the black kids that try to go there. The white students are allowed entrance without having their ID's checked. The black students are told they aren't dressed properly, that they must have a "membership" etc. It's not that I am crazy about having her go to a nightclub, but I am infuriated at their blatant discrimiantory practices. I am trying to teach my daughter to stand up for herself and for others that are treated unfairly and that when concerns are voiced, adults will react. The club is called Rumors.

One year ago december I purchased a T-Mobil cell phone from an authorized dealer in Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream Long Island. I signed a two year contract with them and have been paying my bill every month. Early October the phone stopped working, and I was getting a message that the phone was not registered. I called T-Mobile and spoke to a representative who tried to re-boot the phone, but after several attempt was unsuccessful. She then told me that after researching the problem she discovered that the simm card number # im my phone was issued to another user and that's why my phone was saying "not registered". She instructed me to take the phone to any T-Mobile store and have them replace the simm card and if I was charged, T-Mobile would credit my account. I got the card changed and they did credit my account. However, I recently received a bill from T-Mobile billing me for charges during the time that my phone was not working. I have made several calls to them in a effort to have this resolved, and was told that the call were made from my phone and I am responsible for the bill. They have totally ignored the fact that none of the charges on this bill fits the profile of my previous bills, and that the phone was down during that time. They told me that T-Mobile could never have made such a mistake. I have tried tio speak to a supervisor but was not able to. I WOULD LIKE SOME HELP TO HAVE THIS ISSUE RESOLVED BEFORE THEY DISTROY MY CREDIT.

I would like Nine On Your Side to investigate the quality of the old Midway Park housing in Camp Lejeune. Most bases have NCO housing and for some reason Camp Lejeune doesn't. We signed up for base housing while I was 3 1/2 months pregnant and within a week we were put in Midway Park. When we got here we found a few discrepencies. We were told about asbestos in the insulation and the older layers of paint have lead in them. We have no fire extinguisher and it is mandatory for military housing. Also, the floor is weakening, paint is chipping, we have an unusable closet full of mold, there's plaster everywhere, floor repair not sanded so when my 2 1/2 month old child learns to crawl she can get splinters on her hands and knees, no rubber on the ends of the door stoppers so she can fall and cut her face open on them, cracks in drywall, during the summer you can't open the back door most of the windows or close the bedroom closet, there's insulation exposed from the trap door where the heating and cooling unit is, and that's not even the best part. The best part is that we are paying the same amount of our BAH as people living in the new nicer housing that have garages and screened in back porches. Also, corporals are living in the older housing while privates who haven't been in long enough to say they've done anything and with only a wife as their family get the new housing. I think someone should really get on the AMCC's tail and let them know they're letting the military down. Poor living conditions are letting down troop morale.

I was the victim of a bad accident involving a scooter and 3 dogs. I was going down the street on my scooter minding my own business and 3 dogs came out the street attacking me. And trying to fight the dogs off made me fall in the ditch and break my foot and leg, so I have been out of work for 4 weeks now and have got to be out for another 4-6 weeks in order to return to work and Christmas is coming up and my wife is the only one working in my household and we just not to long ago moved into our new mobilehome so my wife is paying all the bills and I dont know if my kids are going to have a Christmas at all. And there one Lady that can help me in this time of need it is the lady that witnessed all this when it happenened (it happened on November 12th 2007 on the corner of Flemming School Road and Briley Road between 10:00 and 11:00) So I would like 9 on your side to help me out so this lady would help me out.

I would like a report on Southwest Gas Company. For the past years people are struggling to pay their bill and unlike other utility companies that work with you Southwest Gas company is constantly charging a large amount of deposits either because you pay your bill late or because of payment it was shut off. Regardless of the tardiness that some of us have we still pay our bills. It is obvious that we cannot live without gas in our homes and this company takes advantage of the fact that we need them. For the past year my utility bill has been very high even in the summer and they never heard my complaint that there might be a leak in my gas line until today. By now my utility bill is almost 300.00 dollars and to top it off I am responsible to have this fixed. Someone needs to put a stop to this for people who are barely making it. Deposits are not fair on every bill that you pay late. If we can barely make it on the regular bill adding $170 to 200 on a bill is even worse. We still have to pay this.

EX- NY GIANT GONE BAD.
My wife and I purchased two new Hyundai's from the Brad Benson Automobile dealership in Monmouth Junction New Jersey. Mr. Benson is the former offensive Guard with the Super Bowl New York Giants team coached by Bill Parcels.
We traded in our old cars and took delivery of two new cars on November 27, 2007. January 15, 2008 we get a call from our bank asking for payment on the traded in cars. We were shocked, bwcause when you trade in a car and negotiate the purchase of the new car, the balance of the old car is figured into the new payments. We get calls from the bank on a daily basis and they want their payment now, or our credit rating will be harmed. We have called Brad Benson Dealership on several occasions and guess what. They tell us each time, the check is in the mail. Well when you hear that you know the check will never be sent.
To make matters worse, the bank has contacted a collection agency and the agency has told us this happens quite frequently. The dealership will not pay and leave the customer paying twice, if they want their credit intact. Please help us expose this new business practice to the public. My wife and I are teachers and we just can't beleive that people can be so evil. They know they can do whatever they want without any consequences. We don't know where to turn. We must speak for the children that do not have a voice in TUSD. Students at Ochoa ES are possibly going to be sent to a school where they will be segregated due to a reading first program. Why don't we look at the "excellent" magnet programs at schools that are less than half a mile away. Let parents have the choice of where these students will be most successful. These schools are practically empty and in need of students. Ochoa students are students like any other students in our district. They deserve a choice for a quality education. Give them the choice. The school board needs to take a stand and clse the schools that are eating up the monies tha can be used on other resources for all students. Invest in media that will show all our empty classrooms at Carrillo, Davis, Ritchy and Drachman. They may be historical sites but if we can't fill them or won't then look at closing these sites as well. We need to stop doing things in the best interest of adults and focus on doing what is best for students! Nine on students side should not take information given but truly investigate it to get to the bottom of money being wasted at the cost of a good education for all students in TUSD.

Many people have come to me with the same problem I now have. On 1/26/04 I had a bad accident at home and called an ambulance. FDNY responded. Bills were sent for EMS service a year later and medical insurance info was provided on the space provided on the back of the bill. Many times over. Three years later a collection agency tells me they will submit the bill to the insurer. They never do. Now another collection agency doesn't want to hear FDNY never submitted the bill, and the insurer says it's too late to for them to pay the bill now. What usually happens next is the collection agency obtains a judgment on default (amazing how so many people never respond to lawsuits they allegedly were served with) and the consumer only finds out about the judgment when a freeze is placed on their bank account. The collection agencies, credit card companies, etc. sit in court and write out default judgment after judgment. The Court system does nothing to question these tactics and the Judges permit the Judgments to be entered by the 100's daily. It's easier for the provider to send the bill to collection than to submit it to the insurer. What a system! I'm tempted to pay the bill just to avoid a slew of bounced checks if they freeze the account without my knowledge (and a bad report to the credit reporting agency). Usually the consumer only finds out about the judgment when notified by their bank that their account is frozen. Something must be done.

Today, Wednesday the 20th, there was a gun threat at UC-Clermont College. I'm not sure of the man's name but he was taken out by security guards while screaming obscene things. The last thing he said was "I'm going to f*ing kill you, and blow this f*ing place up". I know this young man is scheduled for court tomorrow because a few of my classmates were asked to attend the hearing to give their testimony. I am not sure the course of action our campus will take, but I believe this needs to be made public, to let other people know this is not okay, and to ensure our safety, as well as the faculty and staff

I am the recipient of a Federally funded home rehabilitation grant that has gone terribly wrong and has continued to get worse. I was assigned a crooked Representative from Housing Services Incorporated who enlisted the services of a shotty General Contractor. The grant was in the amount of $10,000.00 and for almost three years now I have been attempting to get two faulty gas heaters corrected so they operate correctly. All of the other issues seem irrelevant at this point when the safety of my family is of the utmost importance.
Initially, when I applied for the grant, I was hoping for a new roof (since I had a couple leaks) and new windows. The HSI rep told me that there was nothing that could be done about my roof as it was a flat roof. He then decided to have mostly cosmetic improvements performed. Consequently, the project was completed to THEIR specifications in July of 2005, the contractor was paid in full the $10,000.00 by MAY 2005 and in November of 2005 my ceinling collapsed causing my to place a claim with my homeowner's insurance. For months, my two daughters lived in my dinning room while their father and I performed all of the work ourselves due to the minimal amount of money that I received on the claim. Just in case you were wondering.......the flat roof WAS repaired with a rubber torch down process by ME, a 38 year old woman at the time) and my daughters' father. To date, there are no further leaks. However, due to the leak my daughters rooms had to be gutted, mold treated, and completed remodeled.
Now, back on track, the heaters, well, about a month ago, I just completely shut down the one after is blew my boyfriend half way across my dinning room and singed the hair off of his arm. Luckily, he has quick reflexes and didn't receive any burns. The other unit, well, it works, but emits a strong smell of gas into the room each time it fires.
I have tried contacting so many agencies that are involved with these grants and no one seems to be willing to help! I have written CDBG, HSI, Ocean County Freeholder, the Planning Board, the better Business Bureau, the Township, the Mayor, and The Governor of New Jersey and everyone passes me off to someone else. If there is anyone out there that can offer some assistance, PLEASE HELP ME AND MY FAMILY FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!!!!!!!11

I would like for you to investigate Wachovia Bank. If you will Google "Wachovia Complaints" you will understand what I am talking about. Their fees are outrageous and I feel like I am being robbed by them. I live in Vanceboro and thats the only bank we have, so some of us don't have much choice other than to bank with them. It is especially hard on people with fixed incomes when they start taking 100's of dollars from your account. They hit me up for $105.00 last week because I went online to pay a bill and the bill came from the wrong account and I am supposed to have overdraft protection on top of that. It's ridiculous. I am copying a letter I found in the Complaints website to let you see further what I am referring to.

Maria of White Plaines MD (12/31/07)
I am currently a Wachovia employee. I have just given my two week notice; all the complaints on this site are so very true. It's like I am employed by Satan, and I have to sell my soul (lie everyday) just to get a paycheck! I am tired of having to explain that YOU MADE A CHECK CARD PURCHASE, WE PUT THE FUNDS ON HOLD, HOWEVER, WE ALSO LET YOU MAKE ADDITIONAL PURCHASES, STILL USING THE FUNDS ON HOLD, AND IN THE END CHARGED YOU ALL THESE FEES, HOLDING THE TRANSACTIONS, AND PAY THEM FROM LARGEST TO SMALLEST,(NOT HOW THEY ACTUALLY POSTED), JUST TO GET $35 FOR EACH ITEM PAID!

I can no longer be a part of this scam! I am ashamed to be an employee for this company! No more!

Thank you,
Wundawoman

I've been fighting a long battle with Dental Village here and recently won both my preliminary and final hearings with the Arizona State Dental Board in Phoenix against Dr. D. When the Board was deciding what measures to levy against him they read off his record with them publicly. He had multiple charges found against him with them yearly going back to the 1980s! They said "What more can we do to him?" Well, why does he still have a license with that record??? DV is a well tuned rip off machine. As a team they take advantage of people and not only destroy teeth but misrepresent charges so that I and others have been taken for thousands of dollars (Yes, I've met some and heard many other stories) though they swear they NEVER do that. Believe me they do and have done it many times in the past. This place needs to be investigated as so many victims are too discouraged to fight and those that do fight are too embarrassed to talk about what happened to them. They have a poor record with the BBB online and a worse record with the AZ State Dental Board but how are we to know until after the fact? How does a dental license get revoked? How does this business stay in business? Would love to hear from any others taken by Dental Village, thank you.

I am a transfer student that has been attending UNCW for two years. When I first arrived I made it perfectly clear that I intended to graduate within those two years to my advisor. I have checked with her at every advising session as well as in between throught the course of those two years. I was to told this fall and spring that I had met my goals and would graduate this spring with my fellow classmates. However when I went to get my cap and gown I was told my name was not on the list and to go to the registars office. They told me that my requirments have not been satified and that I need to talk to my advisor. After talking with her she talked to the registars office and told me that she dose not know how she missed it and that she is sorry but I will have to take a semesters worth of classes. I asked her how could this be when you assured me that I was slated for graduation. I even told her that I would have gladly taken the extra classes since I was under the full class hours. I have talked to other teachers and they have looked at my transcripts and they are confused because they said that I have met graduation requirments and that there must be some gliche in the computer because my transcript says that everything is satisfied. I even tried to go to the deans office where I was told that it is my fault because I should have known about the requirment. I told her that my advisor did not even know so how was I supposed to know. My question is who is to blame? I don't want to suspect racisim because there are very few black people in the program that I am pursuing but no one seems to want to help me or make this right. I need your help so that I don't waist more money only to be told that I need more classes. I worked hard to earn this degree and I just want what I worked for.
You can contact me at [email protected]

Thanks.

Starting on 10-31-06 I was employed by DirecTV under the blanket company of PRC. I was made to go to sales when they moved customer service to another call center. I was a satisfactory employee, then suddenly I was not, as was the case with several other sales reps, one of which had been a top producer for quite some time. We had quotas we had to meet by any means we could, by telling just barely the truth to downright lying to the customers. We had quotas we had to make which varied from hour to hour. You could leave for lunch and the quota would be 24%, come back and it would be 27%, often the employees knew nothing about it. They are currently in Chapter 11. To keep from having to pay unemployment benefits, they would cut hours so much, downstaffing, they called it, until an employee would ask to be moved to another campaign, in my case match.com . We had to spend so much time hearing about our instructor's sexual preferences that it became difficult to follow the training. After a few days, they would terminate you, telling you that you should have not been moved because they were terminating you anyway because you were not producing. They could then put you down as a new hire, making it difficult to collect unemployment benefits. You had benefits through your last paycheck, so how could you possibly be a new hire when benefits were not offered for 90 days after employment? I am losing my home because I have not been able to find new employment, or receive unemployment benefits. As of Monday I will be served with an eviction notice, and will be homeless, because you cannot get a job without an address, and all the applications I have put in have my current address and phone # on them. If I do not find a job by tomorrow, I will have to sell everything I own and hope I can live in my truck.
