La Grande's Jadin Bell, dying gay teen who was bullied, could 'pick up your spirits'
As 15-year old Jadin Bell lay dying Wednesday in Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland, the people who know him best were perplexed why a teen-ager with so much to live for would try to take his own life.
