damn. hard to imagine it could be any worse then it always has been. LOL wow. nope. stayed home to be sure the druggie/thieves didn't try to break in. this is the time of year that these crimes really ramp up and they know stuff like a parade would have people out of their homes, so 'open season'. hate it's like that but yeah didn't doubt we'd miss anything anyway.

Some of the floats were nice but overall it was kind of boring. My biggest enjoyment was from watch a blonde chick chasing vehicles demanding candy, then getting pissy if she didn't get any. Acted like a crackhead and could have really benefited from a bra. Did anyone else see her?

same here buddy! everybody we know stayed put at home. no brainer ... all the cops there too IN that... um... parade (LOL!) so yeah they'd be out there in full force for sure so we stayed right here. like that parade isn't a hella depressing embarrassment enough you get home to find out you been robbed cuz you were stupid enough to think seeing that disaster parade was gonna be worth getting broke into and all your shit stolen.

anybody wanna come on here talking about security systems.. AGAIN.. all the cops are AT the stupid ass thing thinking they got something to strut (LOL) so ADT n calling 911 is USELESS.. they LONG gone by the time fric and frac LE can even get over they have to stop struttin cruisin in that 'parade' let alone get to showing up to take your report so stayed right here. late this afternoon there was some druggie chick showed up knockin askin for a ride to walmart while I was out... wife said she couldn't hardly understand a word she said. asked my wife if she could come in and told her no and the girl staggered off weavin and stumbling after saying no to giving her a ride. that was a first for us so not taking ANY chances. wanted to go out to do some present shopping (hell no to that joke of a parade LOL) but instead set right here this evening with my own justice waiting on em case that chick decided she wanted to come back with some 'friends' or something. JUST DAMN

Floats are what makes parades. That is whats so disappointing - nobody hardly makes them anymore. And why were the police in the parade?? Like anyone cares. Kids like the fire trucks and more children oriented stuff. Our parade is lacking!

Night parade was interesting. There were alot of floats that u can tell someone put alot of thought and work into their themes. The ones on 18 wheelers were commercial grade, meaning store bought accessories which took money to make, but no real effort on themes. Found the judging of the floats somewhat flawed. It makes us wonder if the contest was rigged before it began. Walking the parade route, we found the audience very receptive and friendly. Had a few teen girls steal teddy bears from pickup which were earmarked for the little ones. Beautiful weather. We'll be back next year with another float to share with our community. Hope we go back to the day format so the community can see all the work and details completed on each float. Merry Christmas y'all !

We had a great time! It was really long though. Did anyone count the cop cars? There was like 15 or 20. Didnt know we had that many here.
The lighting of the park was fun too. The kids had a great time. Thanks to all that made this happen.
Prayers for the familes involved in the accident.

Why should the sheriffs department be allowed to have 15 units in the parade? Total waste of tax payer money! Why not one unit from each department? Totally a waste! And what do old cars have to do with Christmas? Just a horrible parade overall. Poor spacing and time management also.

Just so all you loosers who are complaining about the police know, they were all off duty. LaFollette doesnt have cars in the parade because they are to busy working the parade so people like you dont get killed and are able to get on the internet the next day and talk trash. Both the sheriffs dept and the police dept keep they re regularly schueduled officers working.I dont blame the sheriff for having cars in the parade why wouldnt he? Oh and by the way all the candy they throw, the money comes outta thier own pockets. The GOOD people in campbell co work hard on the christmas parade and spend probally between 10 to 15 thousand dollars on candy for the children. If you dont like it dont go or get involved to make it better. Or just do what your good at complaining about the people who do work to make our community better
