This one is 6 weeks for $60.00, and from what I read they even have special pain management.
well, these new posts have really positive and definitely something to look into. I have recently had to start taking supplements, 50,000 iu's Vitamin D weekly, magnesium, calcium and 2 blends for eyes so Hell, why not give the tumeric a try..if it works I will be so happy to let off the damn Arthritis BC powders. They r killing me! Thanks again ..

You know what "ColdHardTruth" you sound like me. You don't wanna be in pain and you will do anything to feel great and be healthy. I was in the exact same boat. I wish more people were like you, positive and working towards a change and not just pointing the fingers.

It's like in Campbell county most people want to point fingers, but you sure don't see those people offering to open a rehab clinic or offer drug support do ya LOL. They wanna be Re-active instead of Pro-active and fix the problem.

But I do think slowly things will change with one person searching for "The answer" at a time. Then maybe someday we will see "Natural Pain Treatment" centers with nothing but machines and natural alternatives like massaging tables, acupuncture, and heated tubs for water pressure therapy instead of "Pain Clinics" with quack docs and poor people either in serious pain or druggies giving the serious pain people a bad rap. Good Luck with your journey! Namaste

so, what exactly are you trying to say?? That you didn't know that before you got in, and all he wanted to do was push pills on you that you didn't want?? Or that your sorry to hear "Old Frank" went down cuz now the flow of pills coming into CC is going to dry up some again?? Sorry, I don't buy the 1st choice since EVERYBODY who does pills or knows ANYTHING about the clinics would give their eye teeth (if they have any! lol) to get in Bearden.

Well I have 2 herniated disks, and one of my discs I had to have surgery on because it's completely gone so it's bone on bone. I tried the so called magical cure medicine the doctors wanted to give me and all it did was deplete my body of calcium and make me sick. Sure it took away my pain for the first month then it was down hill after that. I discovered Yoga and physical therapy.
The physical therapy lasted 2 months then the yoga saved my life. I run 10 mile marathons now because I conditioned my body to the pain and fix the problem, not covered it up! So yes some of us here know exactly if not more what your talking about, but a temporary fix is not what you need, since it's Temporary. There is a great Yoga clinic in Knoxville that has a class for people just like to, to rebuild muscle around the bone to support it's self so why don't you look it up and give it a try? You will feel on top of the world, WITHOUT being drugged and ruining your liver!
Tobornornottobe, I want to try just that, I want to try training my body to be in better shape and learn to run. How did you get started?

I got started with putting down my insecurities. That was number one because all I could think is, "I'm going to go into this yoga class and make a fool out of myself", but I pushed myself and said it's a whole new day, life, and chance so get your butt in that class! Once I got into the first class, I realized yoga was nothing I had ever thought it was. It was so much more and believe me you will sweat out so many toxins on just your first class you will be shocked! They even have moves that when the teacher has you do them you will hear your spine crackle and the teacher says you are putting oxygen into your tissue layers that haven't gotten oxygen in YEARS!!! It feels so amazing like a natural rush and high!
I always thought it was silly bending and chanting lol, but it's nothing like I thought. Then after the first couple classes I noticed I started feeling so proud of what I was doing which led to me slowly fixing ME! Little tweaks like no pop, high fructose corn syrup, and no starches over the course of 2 years also helped me have more energy filled days and longer periods with absolutely no pain. But that took me awhile it was something I had to do slowly cause the thought of giving up certain stuff was a no in my book for a long time LOL.
So the first step, don't tel anybody! I noticed the more people I told I was changing my life, the more they wanted to pull me down and without even knowing they were doing it. Like hey instead of yoga why don't you come to my house, or hey lets go do this today instead of yoga. It seemed like the only time people wanted to do stuff with me it was when it was MY day lol! Also they might tell you you can't or you don't need it. I would just do it all by myself then slowly tell people so then if you don't like it you aren't disappointing no one but yourself and you feel NO pressure to succeed. This isn't about succeeding anyways it's about making YOU better k. You can do this one step, day, and minute at a time!
Just think, in 2-3 months from now you could be close to pain free, but even better you will have pride in your body and health! Instead of just living from one day to the next you will be looking forward to waking up and feeling your new lease on life!

Come onnnnnnnn........We were actually getting somewhere positive then you 2 come on here posting where to get pain pills seriously????? Get off the pills and into helping yourself...and stop helping others become addicted by posting doctors on this site. The doctors as well as the people who post where to get these addictive killers are as much to blame as the people taking them.....Do you really want the life of a innocent kid neglected by pill head parents or a teenager going through her growing years on drugs on your hands? Please wake up people and stop acting like the rest of the world sees you! You can be better then this, you don't have to be the stereotypical redneck who is on the Oxycontin express..........
You can be the southern intellect who overcame the adversity and sought bigger and better things for themselves and there community! Please don't post doctors on here.

I don't recommend the Ambulatory Center in Wartburg or Dr. Redmond. He seemed to be a good doctor at first, but if his staff decides they don't like you, they will claim you failed a urine test when you didn't. Then you get dismissed and have trouble finding another doctor because they have ruined your records with a lie.

You shouldn't be making judgemental assumptions and calling people rednecks.

What you can't afford FL HA! Might just save your life! You can't tell me advil will not help any
kind of pain!!!!!!!!!!1
I used to feel the same way, i was sure advil wouuld work for anykind of pain, and I was hardcore that natcotics were not needed. Until about 3 days after I Broke my back, and i'll tell you what brother, there is a pain advil can't handle. For a long time I was dependant on my meds for something as simple as a trip to the bathroom. I took them as perscribed, then, now its just on a as needed basis. Some people really have no life without their meds, and to those I feel your pain..........Until u get in that spot where it takes a couple pills to get up out of bed you cant understand, lets hope u dont have to understand.
