Is Camels hiring? And is it a hard job?

I work at camels and trust me if u can get a job somewhere else do it!!!!!! Most jobs here pay minimum wage and they still ride you trying to make u work as fast as possible. When they hire you in they tell u that you can make good production if u work hard but for 75% of the jobs you can't make no money. The few jobs that you can make money at are all held down by people related to the plant manager Thelma who talks to her employees like a dog cussing them n downgrading them. If you do luck up and get a decent paying job there they will half but train u then ride u so hard you will want to quit. And if they tell u they will put u to work in the frame shop run. The new supervisor there Donna Oaks is a monster. She does not know what she is doing n she blames everything on the employees. She also cusses people like dogs and is just a down right smartbutt. She is going to bring that place down unless mark smartens up and actual hires someone w metal working experience. My advice is to stay far away from camels

They pretty much throw you to the wolves depending on the supervisor. You would have it ok in the sawing building as far as training goes but if they put you in the frame shop you will be thrown into chaos. If you need a job that bad then go for it buddy but if you have any other options I would def consider them first.

No orientation. They will bring you in on your first day introduce you to whoever is suppose to train you and then leave you with it. Depending on who your supervisor is will make the difference in how good you get trained and how understanding they will be towards you. Fair warning if you get Donna oaks as a supervisor prepared to get cussed daily no matter how hard you work. She treats the workers here so bad that I actually feel sorry for her when she has to awnser to god for it

James gross works in the warehouse he is not a supervisor just a regular employee. As far as who they hire I don't think there that picky so anybody has a real food chance to get on so come up and put in an app but don't be surprised when you hate it lol

Donna oaks is so hard headed she want listen to people that have worked with metal for years. She has only been around it for 2 months but yet she knows it all. She might so a better job id she wasn't so stubborn. I heard she put her hands on an employee. Mark Lester better pay attention to what is going on before he loses every employee over there r gets smacked with a law suit
