If you want to win in a divorce, you better hope your husband gets Steve Hurst.Any lawyer would be better than him.

Rob was my Lawyer also and it didn't cost an arm an a leg.It all depends on the assets between you and if you have young children.Oh and if you're spouse fights it.The more you have together and the more you fight the more it will cost.Elizabeth his sister is a great Lawyer too.

I've been there and done that...I like Elizabeth as well..she seems to care for the people she works for. She is fair on cost in my opinion. Heck girl i would get every penny i could from him tho. Espcially if u have children..

don't have any young children, but I struggle everyday to survive, and not getting anything to help me cope with bills and house repairs, it looks like the house will fall out from under me,I get so discouraged, I just want to give up. My life has been help since I made him leave and it seems like its only getting worse. I need a lawyer that will be there for me and one that will do a payment plan.

if your children are grown and he and you are near retirement age, and he has no cause to file for divorde, stay married to him..if he dies you are the legal wife and can keep her from collecting and/or drawing on any benefits or assets he has. You probably gave him his children and the best part of your life..hold him accountable and dont let the ho get what you deserve

I did give him the best part of my life. I gave him 30 yrs of my life, he gave me heartache, I was faithful, I loved him why would I need to cheat, I think about holding on so as the other woman doesn't win, but I want to get on with my life, I am woman and I am not dead yet. but I can't until I am free from him. Thats the reason I am looking for a lawyer who will help me out and get me what I deserve so I can get on with my life. I don't want to remarry, had my fill of that, but I don't want to be alone all the time either. What so bad about it too is I still love him. ain't that a kicker. But I thank you for your reply. and will take it into consideration
