Heard the Miller guy used Todd Hatmakers phone to make remarks to students.

Some one said that the Miller guy might used Todd hatmaker's phone to make remarks to students. So I would make this guy go to a hearing to see if he is a weirdo has he looks in his Photograph.

no he did not..she was suppose to have been talking to both of them on their own phones.

if he got hold of his phone it was prob for comparing notes so to speak. he get better pics and texts then he did kind of trash. big laughs between em or was it competition against each other. could be either way or both really. but yeah they DEF had it going on on each their own phones.

I never even said the word student in my sentence......the 17yr old was suppose to of been texting both the Miller and hatmaker man, but Miller&hatmaker used their own phones well that's at least what everyone is saying.....

The men are adults and suppose to be at the school for the right reasons not sexting or looking at any student. It's all your respect and moral leave. The girl yeah she's 17 but still old enough to know right from wrong. Old enough to say "hey these two men are not suppose to do this". She at the age she liked the attention I'm sure. Not one cop but two thinks I'm pretty. The two men should not be aloud to be a cop sro what ever they was doing. If you ask me they was getting our tax dollars and sitting on there ass and phone. Why do they need cell phones anyway they have a radio. I bet our tax dollars are paying for the cell phones that all this happened on. I'm sure there is more than one student. Pull all cell records on both ends and you will find out more than you really want to. Come down hard on this 17 year old girl and she'll tell who the others are.

Yeah so in today's paper, there's this:

"A school resource officer and an auxiliary police officer have been terminated from their positions.

The firings came after Sheriff Robbie Goins was informed of allegations of misconduct.

“Late last Tuesday these allegations were brought to our attention,” said Goins.“We immediately notified the district attorney and began looking into the situation.”

A coordinated decision was made to request the investigation be handled directly by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation

By last Wednesday evening officials believed they had enough information to move forward with disciplinary measures.

Goins then terminated the two men. At this point they are not releasing the names of the officers because it is a pending investigation.

While authorities are not disclosing the exact nature of the allegations they have confirmed it involves a 17 year old female.

“The allegations of the SRO’s conduct is not related to his post at the school,” said District Attorney General Lori Phillips-Jones.

“Our main priority at this point in the early stages of this investigation is to cooperate fully, work together with the district attorney general's office and the TBI,” said Goins.

The investigation could take several months, according to Phillips-Jones. There are several key pieces of evidence that need to be processed at the TBI forensics lab, which is a time consuming process.

“I do anticipate charges will be filed at the close of the investigation,” she said.

“ We have made it abundantly clear; we will not tolerate anything other than pure professionalism and a true work ethic,” said Goins.“Furthermore, it is our top priority to ensure the safety of our students. While these allegations do not center around the officer’s post, we can’t allow anything that could distract from our goal of keeping the students safe.”

UH, QUESTION: How in the hell is this not related to his post as an SRO??? WTF?
