whats the town of La Cygne like now ? havent been there in years. lived there 87_90. had alot of fun in that town. was young then (19). had alot of fun with pat boone ,is he still around. how about the elliott girls ? any of them still around ?

I wouldn't want to live there. I live further south of La Cygne but when reading the Linn County News and the City Council minutes, I am glad I don't live there. Not saying it is a bad place or that there is anything wrong with the people, it looks as if there is an underage drinking and drug problem and the mayor seems like a peach. He is coming up with stuff that from a readers point, makes me not like him. The last thing I read about his is he wants everyone to mow their grass and if they can't the city will do it for a fee. I know this most likely deals with lots or trashy houses but you know, you are in La Cygne. If you want to live in JO go for it but tall grass...come on. Plus, they live too close to the other Johnson County or the folks that think they live in the country by living in Linn Valley Lakes. There was a drive by there not too long ago in which the suspect drove a 3/4 pickup. Just doesn't get any better! Hope MN is treating you well

dont live in MN, live in nevada MO, work at 3m. work computer, comes up as MN. sorry. nevada is nice though. just wondering about the old town of La Cygne, thanks for your in put.
