How can we not get lower rates in Devine/Natalia/Lytle like the bigger cities? Any thoughts

Yes you can get lower rates. I get a pretty good rate on mine 11.3 cents per kilowatt. I was paying 19.9 cent with CPL that was a lot of money. My average bill with CPL was $340.00 - $370.00, now I pay $180.00 - $240.00. The company I am with is called Stream Energy.
