Regardless of whether La Center will provide sewer service to the proposed Cowlitz casino, city officials are looking at an expensive bill to upgrade its sewage plant. via The Columbian

So, either go in with the casino and have a $56 sewer bill or keep the tribe out and have a $140 sewer bill.

Sounds like the tribe has enough money to build a wastewater plant on it's own, so the casino would go in with or with out La Center.

Oh boy,$140 sewer bills and the loss of 66% of the taxes from the card rooms. Pick me, Pick me, I want to move to La Center.....not!
