I love Kare Kare especially with the pink sauce.I remember growing up in Waipahu and My grandparents would make the best meals with very little ingredients simple stuff like Arozecaldo or chicken maroongay, Damn it was to die for.Shame on me I learned nothing.Now when I try too recreate somthing it aint the same...I swear it must be TLC that made it so good.
