Why, after numerous DUI offenses, and a history of alcohol related offenses, is a person like this allowed to still have a drivers license?
Also, after numerous DUI offenses, is he already not serving significant jail time?
Let the punishment fit the crime, law enforcement have the laws to charge these offenders, but then the judges basically let them walk free with little to no repercussions.
It's disgusting, and now a low life like this has decimated a family that life will never be the same for, ever again.
Our judicial system is a disgrace.
