Kountze is a joke and so is Bret Plunk. This sends a message to everyone if you want to get away with anything illegal go to hardin county. The courthouse allows fraud, the judges are corrupt or too old to stay awake during a hearing, and you can murder someone with a slap on the wrist. And the cops...give me a break. I miss you Thomas and hope that justice will be served one day.

this is probably why my ex wife can be over 8000 dollars behind in child support and nothing gets done about it. got to love the small town justice system. i will give them credit she tried to adopt a special need child and they did stop it when they found out she lied about being married to me and the three children she has in pa.
