WHY IS IT THAT IF YOU ARE BLACK YOU ARE HARRASSED BY THE LAW IN LEAKE COUNTY? IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF YOU DRIVING A WHOOPTIE OR A ESCALADE...YOU GONNA GET STOPPED BY THE WHITE OFFICERS EVERYTIME AND THEY ALWAYS SAY, "BOY YOU GOT ANY DRUGS IN YO CAR." ONE OF THESE DAYS LEAKE COUNTY POLICE GONNA HAVE TO STOP THIS RACISM!

I have lived in Leake to most of my life.it has always been this way the law.Think that all Black peoples deal or use drugs.But when it come down to catching the ones that do deal drugs it's like the law here are blind. the only thing i can say is made sure you don't go over to speed limit in leake county.because this is still a white man town.

The thing that gets me is how CPD stops you for the littlest things only after theyve trailed you around Carthage for 30mins then decide to pull you over. Black kids CANNOT sit a the public carwash "Superior Carwash on Hwy.16 Carthages busiest Hwy." because after more than 8 cars group up a white officer will come & tell us to leave before were "taken to jail", meanwhile the white kids are up town in Fred's Stores parking lot driving over shopping carts in pickup trucks and riding in shopping carts down the streets. But, its always been this way, thats why its time for change.Carthage is too small we need big businesses to come and push the Fortenberrys, Callahauns, Thaggards, Sims, Merchants& Moodys out. They all are on top & in order for the whites to have control of Carthage theyd have to stay on top& thats what they are doing.Keeping the poor, poor & the rich, rich.>>>>>I VOTED FOR OBAMA<<<<<

I am a rap artis that live in Leake County and I have to say it is really hard living here. Police seems to pray on young Black American it need to be stop they act as if we cant have nice things if your not drug affiated.

Why don't you eat some of your government cheese with your "whine". I for one am glad that CPD runs the thugs from the carwash.Last time I check the other kids got ran out of the parking lots also. I don't feel comfortable when every space is full and I have to wait at the carwash, much less if my wife or child is there by themselves. To sum this up next time everyone is piled up at the car wash and in the Fred's parking lot, lets take a survey of who has jobs,who is in school or who goes back to their their low rent place they stays. BOO,BOO the last time I checked and I check quiet often the whites are not scared of the blacks. There are whites with common sense and some blacks with common sense as to what being scared is really about. If your first resposiblity was taken care of and that is raising your chirldren right and making them get a good education then you would not have to worry about who is scared. Well I have a Family Member that was murdered and Leake Co did a VERY POOR job at investigating it...The Investigator Accidentally threw his Notes away when interviewing the guy that was bragging about murdering her. Then the LCSO sent out inmates to look for the murder weapon and the Cash Register that was stolen..Yeah That's Very professional!! Now almost 5 years later.. I have to deal with the loss of this family member in such a Harsh way and the guys that did it are walking FREE!!! Now thats what hurts.. How do you think it feels going into WalMart or the Grocery Store or anywhere in Public and Running into the Murderer!! It HURTS!!

Why do people always want to involve the naacp or the idiot jackson, these people are paid to keep racism sturred up, because without it the people that follow them have nothing left to blame, why they don't work,can't get ahead in life. I will agree with one thing "what goes around comes around" they may have "picked our cotton" but now we go to work everyday for them. It may not be in a cotton field,but work is work.
