$7 million to look at dams. not to fix them, but to look at them. this doesn't seem wrong to anyone?

No new news, no substance - pros, cons - about the bill in the leg, ends with a bit about a roar, but begins by wandering around the landscape looking for someone to talk about something. Was this your editor's idea, or something Gannett thought up that would drive people to buy access to this 'say nothing new' story in a couple years?
