David E. Ruskjer collected more than $16 million from at least 140 people who thought they were investing in a stock-option trading program for guaranteed returns when in fact they were putting their money into a Ponzi scheme, according to an indictment yesterday by a federal grand jury. Full Story

HPD officers are about as corrupt as the cops in New Orleans. Among other things, they like to file false police reports. The few good cops on HPD have no chance at success, they are outnumbered by these bullys.

There is hope though, as military special forces and private detectives work hard, undercover, to put these HPD thugs in prison.

He is a thief and has always been one! He stole from a guy I knew for 10 years back in the 80's.

David Ruskjer stole money from this inventor and futurist for over 10 years. He worked for him and did others work on his dime. Then he stole the technology that he was to develop.
Hope they throw away the key!

David has been ripping off people he worked for years. He deserves the 25 years he probably will get. Has he been sentenced yet? We were taking bets that he would swallow pills like a coward. When I met him 30 years ago he was stealing from a hard working marketing guy I knew. Dave is a true psychopath!

Does Anyone Know How Many Years Ruskjer Was Sentenced Too?

Met Ruskjer in DC working for a visionary. Mr. Ruskjer apparently sucked the funds out of the venture and left the investors high and dry. Can't believe he is still walking the streets.

Ruskjer was always willing to steal... The guy would go to church and then turn around and find a way to take advantage of those that placed their faith in him.

What a sad end to what could have been greatness... as he was brilliant... such a shame he had so much larceny in his heart...

He was sentenced to Life in Federal Prison. In Hawaii that would actually end up as two weeks and 100 hours of community service.

The FBI is planning a sweep in Hawaii looking for skip tracing ex-mailnders that have run away from crimes dating back 30 to 40 years ago. When I see a commenter that posts so many anti-hawaii comments you have to wonder why they continue to live here. Whats wrong Balls are you stuck here for something yet to be discovered? Are they any skeletons in your closet that need to be dragged out and prosecuted?

That's it! I'm a war criminal from the Tomato War. Now I'll have to move! Thank you so much for telling me the FBI announced a sweep to the public ahead of time. Now go roll another one before your brain starts working again.
