Nonsense. I'm betting it was a propane bomb. It blew up, a hot peice went in to the sky,the sound was heard seconds later from a distance. Our government can see a penny from space, Norad can detect birds, yet no one seen the meteor? nonsense.

No...The boom came first, then the lights. The lights were not free falling anywhere they pleased; they were in a perfect line moving together. If you saw it you would know it was not propane. That is one possibility I have not heard and by the other description I would have agreed with you.

My house shook so hard I thought something had fallen on the roof. And the BOOM was loud...how did a meteor shower do all that.

I was at work and did not experience the lights nor the "boom" but the local radio station was abuzz with people calling in to report what was happening and I have lived in Kokomo all my life and experienced sonic booms. Sonic booms do not shake the earth, which people called in reporting and also the "lights in the skies" were reported as a possible air plane crash which is why our emergency personal were out looking for a plane crash. Never have people living in this community responded with such fright or concern. And since most people living in this community have experienced "sonic Booms" because of the fact GAFB is in our locale most people do not respond the way they did in the last couple of nights due to the fact we have experienced sonic booms and this was more like a blast or explosion that caused repercussions. Sonic Booms rattle our windows and usually a "boom" sound is experienced right along with the rattling windows phenomenally, the earth doesn't shake nor does explosions occur with the sonic booms. And to experience 2 earth quakes within a 4 day period after 2 sonic booms, one Sonic boom in Kokomo and one in Logansport, are too much of a coincidences. Some thing else is going on that we are not being told for what ever reason? So if there is others out there that have video, which I know there is cause some people reported video taping the strange lights in the skies either before or after the "booms" please post your videos for others to see so we too can decide for our selves what was going on in the night skies over Kokomo and Logansport Indiana.
