Is this the two-sided ironic, moral survival of the fish and gold?
Does this land belong to the Alaskan Native Communities?

Federal laws and State laws are separate.

Civil Rights:
History:
Rights reserved for the people were the foundation of the new government created after the Revolutionary War. The first words of the Constitution are "We the People of the United States" And Article 1V states: These privileges and immunities include all the rights of free people recognized under the common law even before the writing of the Constitution. They are the legal rights relating to persons, places, and PROPERTY. Privileges are the advantage of living in this country, such as the right to start a business, sell land, write a will, or get a divorce, Immunities are the protections that keep the government or other people from interfering in one's life.
