The federal and states decide which towns and where tax dollars are spent.- setting aside towns, in view of other towns.

London and Canada can colonize on Pebble mine land, why impair the Alaskan owned lands and water? why should the Alaskan people be involved in roads and bridges for Anglo and NDynasty?
