Who did this survey? And what are their intentions? I find it hard to understand how a Island made of mostly active duty and retired military members can not have Health care. C'mon who are you kidding? When it comes to citizens verses military members per capital, Kodiak is by far above most rural small towns in America and Alaska.
That points to a survey that was cued to point a certain direction for a reason. Is Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center looking for some type of State or Federal help to fill their pockets?
