We will soon be moving to Kodiak adn are curious about cell service. Does anyone know if an Alltel phone will work up there? I know there is not a local number for Alltel but need to know if my phone will work at all! Thanks for any and all help!

Well, we arrived in Kodiak and tada, My Alltel picks up great in most areas that I have been. town, CG base...

We have Total Freedom plan so no roaming! Yippee!
