Knoxville Parent needs to be sued for releasing too much information on the child. They obviously know the child through the school system and I believe there are laws against that. Boys Parents you need to talk to a Lawyer and sue them.

It amazes me that this story is so polarizing to those that read this story. The child was not just playing with a gun he was POINTING the gun at his peers as they entered the school. Granted it was a toy but would you be thinking something different if it was a BB gun or a real gun? I remember being taught at a young age you do not point guns at others even toy guns. I know that kids will be kids but there is a zero tolerance for guns at school or in a school zone. Big brother is always there drug laws in school zones. Sporting rules of conduct. The parent of the child should not be airing their dirty laundry We inpublic
We are not airing our dirty laundry. I am just saying that out of all those children outside that morning, the adults and parents dropping their kids off. Only 3 little boys supposively saw my son point the gun. The principle nor the police officer saw it either. He allegedy pointed the gun, it doesn't mean that he did. I believe if he did there would have been many more kids and adults that would have seen it.

<quoted text>Thank you for being supportive. It does sound like you understand what we are going through. As the boys parents we have never ignored any misbehaviors and have attended every meeting which was only 2. We have been getting him help on our own free will not with the school's help or any of the judgemental people who assume we are doing nothing. My child's teacher did say that when my son walks up to someone and "pokes" them or what have you that he is not trying to be aggressive but wants to fit in and it trying to be silly with the kids so that they will like him. I have explained to him that some children don't find it funny and he needs to find another way to get their attention and befriend him. His classmates or anyone in that school for that matter are not unsafe because he attends there. I worry more about his safety after reading some of this negative child/parent bashing stuff on the internet when someone doesn't know our family and if they think they know so much and they are so great why not come to my door and talk to me instead of hiding on the internet. Anyhow I want to say thanks once again and I wish you are your family well.
If your sons teacher said he "pokes" other kids to try to fit in. They just must have been trying to be nice. Is he still just trying to fit in when he goes up to younger kids and tells calls them a "stupid f***er", and says "I'll beat the f***ing s**t out of you"? Also, you can't sue someone that is a private citizen who is stating background facts on on public news forum that I have seen with my own eyes. The other parents have a right to know for their kids sake. Nor are you going to have much luck trying to sue the principle for going in to your yard especially if you opened the door and spoke to him when he was there. I honestly feel sorry for all of your kids. I hope dhs steps in and removes them from your "care" so they can have some hope for a normal life. You know everything that's been stated has been the truth, no matter how you might try to spin it.

Hey momof3, I think this is the "ealier post" you are referring to. Read it again. Its from a different user who is stating she NOW lives in Altoona who had moved from the inner city of DM. Plus, the previous post didn't say anything about moving from Melcher. It just said this kid had tried to start a fire at some point there. Who else thinks that momof3 and boys parents are the same user? You might want to get your story straight or are you the "freaking idiot". M-D for life!
Wow, must of stepped on another idiot's toes from melcher. "M-D for life" Makes me laugh just by looking at it!

Hmmm, funny thing is it's kind of ironic I was putting M-D down myself, I grew up and graduated from M-D and believe me I'm ashamed of it myself.
