it's pretty sad. Kid probably doesn't have a father either. Positive note is if no relatives can take him, he's still at an age people love to adopt. Its the teenagers you have to pray for. This child is young and probably won't remember much of Mom dying. Think about a teenager with a developed mind who has to bury their mom. I see a light of hope for this kid

I am soo sad it turned out this way... what is this world coming to? do you think they will slap him on the wrist again?? he was convicted of murdering his girlfriends 3 year old son in 1994 and served only 6 years.. I cannot put into words how angry this makes me... if killing a child is not the crime to put you away for life then what is?? how could our system allow this to happen again?? who in the world are these people responsible for letting these monsters back out on the streets.. to you I say "SHAME ON YOU"!!

Losers like him should be stamped on their forehead.
"Does not do well with females or kids."
On second yhought he should have been offed.
No room for such vermin in the world.
Poor Zoe Williams as well, what a sad life to have and tell me this story won't be riddled w/ drugs and exploitation of her.
It's a shame there is no alarm in their head when things are headed out of control.
No doubt the drugs mute that.
There is no defense for a monster that would hurt a child.
Whether the rape in Richmond, Garrido or whatever...
With enough proof they should be put to death.
This is a case of closing the barn door after the horse is gone.

Praying, Shaming, crying, and complaining doesn't work. We have to do something about it.

If it's true that Martin was let out of jail after only 6 years for murder of a child in 1994, then we need to know who signed the orders to have him released. If Martin was violating a court order to prevent domestic violence in 2008, stalking the neighborhood and keeping his victims under house arrest, we need to know who Martin's probation officer is, and who decided not to prosecute Martin when or if he was apparently arrested for violating the court order.

We out to disclose the names of the judge, district attorney and probation officer who made the decision to let the child killer continue to terrorize law abiding people. We need to make sure the judge, district attorney and probation officer is never is in the position to make such a decision again. They must be removed from the bench, disbarred for the rest of their life and fired, if they don't spend the rest of their life in prison.
