We all know the feeling. A cop goes by and we check our seat beat and know the cell phone is now illegal but there is this throbbing headache that won't go away and some idiot is wafting a stereo so loud the buildings around you shake in echoing profanity for at least a block in every direction.
I am waiting at the light still and praying it will change when the stereo goes up even louder.
How I hate to stare but it is so loud I have to look around and I am SHOCKED.
It is coming from the police car.
Now it all makes sense to me.
