This man was doing the job that not to many people want to do. He was trying to prevent others from being injured and the are considering pressing charges against him. It is no wonder our law enforcement can't do there job the way it needs to be done. They have to worry about losing there job or being charged just for doing the job that we don't want to do. You want to know what is wrong with our criminal justice system. It slaps the real criminals on the wrist and unfairly prosecutes the people that put there ass on the line for us every day.

what a dumbass... the policemen who were closer to the incident should have responded so this guy wouldn't have been speeding down the road to get to the carjackers.

and for what reason did he cross the median? was he drunk? was he not paying attention? you don't just cross over into the opposite facing traffic if you're paying attention to the road.
