I recently lived in high lakes apartments, and if anyone out there has any handicapped relatives or loved ones there i suggest you move them fast. my little dog woke me up barking one night about 1am in the morning, I got up to look outside because my car had been broken into the night before, and i was shocked at what i saw, Billy the maintenance man was crawling on the ground peeking into handicapped women windows. this made me sick, and he must be related to the manager because she just blew it off, she also told 2 other residents there who's cars were also broke into that she was reviewing video surveillance tapes to help find the thieves and just never said anything else about it, i looked and there is no cameras what kind of weird game are these people playing? maybe instead of tenants getting back ground checks Billy the maintenance man and Diane the manager should have one ran on them !! does anyone out there know who"s the owner of this property? I would like to bring this lewd behavior to their attention.

my sister lived there and that Billy guy followed her and her dog around waiting for it to poop so he could cause trouble by saying she diddnt clean it up which she always did. after a lecture from Diane about poop , which she never left on the ground we saw her and her dog with no leash pooping behind my back door and she just walked off and left it, practice what you preach Diane , you people are just weird!!!

Whoever you are, I have never had a report on Billy of that nature. If this had actually occurred I would have had an obligation to report this to the owners or I would have given you that information so you could report it yourself, as you would know the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.

for your information we were never formally charged with that, so it dont count, yes there is many handicapped people here, and i watch them closely, and Billy is not ever alone with any of them ! he just fixes things in there houses with me present !

My husband and I turned in Highlakes for housing discrimination. Even housing authority said what we were told by the manager wasn't right and sounded fishy. I was upset at the time. Now I know, God was just looking out for me.
