HOW CONVIENANT. SO SOMEONE WHO COMMITS MURDER AND SWEARS IT WAS AN ACCIDENT,BUT NEVER REPORTS IT AT THE TIME CAN LEAVE AND NEVER BE CHARGED.I GUESS THAT IS WHERE THE NEWS MEDIA AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS NEED TO STEP IN AND PUT THERE FOOT DOWN. I WILL SAY THIS,YOU CAN ONLY RUN SO FAR TILL UR CAUGHT.HOW SAD OUR COUNTRY HAS BECOME.
