Employers on legalizing marijuana

Making pot legal here in Washington won't only change things from a criminal standpoint, but it could also change things for businesses.

If a person if high in the workplace by all means fire them but what people do on their off hours is their business, not the employer's, not yours, not mine and certainly not the government's!!

Pot will last in the system for 4 weeks. How can anyone plan to Test to see if an Employee is High?
They could get High on Saterday and still be High on monday when they kill another Empolyee at work

The psycoactive chemicals that produce a "high" are only present in the body for a few hours. Current drug tests check for the metabolites of marihuana, not the psycoactive chemicals. If you smoke on Saturday you will not be "high" on Mobday.
