These lawbreakers cannot have it both way's. We want driver's licences, but fear States exchanging information. What is wrong with these people. We want all the rights American citizens receive but Zero accountability. It disgusting. No DL's for illegal aliens period.

Yes, Sr. Garza, there is a two-class society in this country. Law-abiding, tax-paying American citizens and lying, cheating, law-breaking illegal aliens who believe they are entitled to special treatment. Where do these lowlife, uneducated, vile people get their nerve? Demand, demand, take (or steal) whatever they want or else America is racist. Good news: In a year or two it will be so tough for them here they well go back to the cesspool they came from. Simple. Put your food in the refrigerator and you won't have roaches in your kitchen.

The Real ID act goes nationwide Jan 15th 2013. Along with Secure Communities where everyone arrested will have their fingerprints sent to ICE in all states.

What documents do I need to bring with me when I apply for a REAL ID compliant license or ID card?

"For Non-Citizens:

Valid, unexpired Permanent Resident Card I-551 for Lawful Permanent Residents
Valid Passport for non-immigrants except for asylum applicants and refugees
Other government issued document showing your full name
Department of Homeland Security document showing proof of lawful presence
If your name has changed by marriage/divorce, you must have your name changed on your Citizen and Immigration Services (CIS) documents.

Both Citizens and Non-Citizens will need to bring:

Your Social Security Card or proof of your social security number."

I thought California decided to bag Secure Communities and opt for The Trust Act Law..... Not to fingerprint illegals committing soft crimes. ID Theft, illegal border crossing, auto accidents, etc. If States can change the law and not follow federal law, believe me, California will not continue Secure Community's.
